WHICH ITEMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept high-end women's clothing, shoes, and accessories.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF ITEMS?

You must consign a minimum of 10 items to open an account with Aurelle, including at least 3 from the preferred designer list.

WHICH BRANDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most of the popular high-end luxury designer brands. However, to open an account with Aurelle you must consign at least 3 items from the preferred designer list.

WHAT CONDITION SHOULD MY ITEMS BE IN?

Most items can only be sold when in like-new condition — free of stains, tears, or significant imperfections. However, the most desired brands can sell even when in need of repairs or cleaning. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure whether your items are eligible for resale.

Please notify us if any alterations were done so we can inform potential buyers. 

Aurelle reserves the right to reject any items we deem unsuitable for resale.

HOW DO YOU SELL MY ITEMS?

We sell across all the major resale platforms, choosing the channel most suited to get the highest value for each item. We will be launching our own online store soon, to sell directly to the community. Stay tuned!

HOW ARE MY ITEMS PRICED?

We thoroughly research competitive pricing online and in brick-and-mortar stores to find the highest prices the market will pay for your items.

We take into account all factors that will affect your item’s resale value, including original retail price, brand desirability, item condition, and year of release. 

You may request a minimum sale price ("do not sell for less than…"). If you choose not to do so, you agree to accept our valuation of a fair sale price.

Please note that in the world of consignment, items sell at an average of 1⁄3 of the original retail price.

HOW MUCH WILL I EARN?

Our commission structure is multi-tiered, so the higher the value, the more you get!

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PAYOUT?

You can choose to receive your payout by check or Zelle [Quickpay].

Payouts will be sent once the buyer has received the item and the return period has ended, typically around 30 days after sale.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD?

The maximum consignment period is one year. If your item has not sold at the end of the period,

we reserve the right to return the item to you.

CAN I REQUEST MY PIECES BACK?

The minimum consignment period is 90 days. Once we have received your item, you may not request its return until 90 days have passed.

HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS TO YOU?

If you choose a home visit, we’ll take the approved items with us on the day of consultation.

If you choose a virtual appointment, we can schedule a pick-up at your home, or you can drop your items off at your convenience.

For clients living outside Brooklyn, Lakewood, or Monsey, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
